STUDIO MOVE* = $325
One Bedroom Apartment* = $375
TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT/CONDO MOVE* = $450

- Fees based on floor of origination and floor of delivery plus carry distance
- There are no tricks or hidden fees.

labor, truck, load, unload, blankets & padding.
Below are the qualifications.
- Apartment and Condominium residents. (Some homes do apply please call or email for details)
- Residency inside I-270 or within 3 miles outside of 270.
- No tools needed on our end. Which means all beds are broken down, washer and dryers are removed and ready to go, the movers need no tools to get you out the door.
- Everything is boxed and ready to go.
- We do not set anything up in the new residence, we deliver to the proper rooms and will arrange couches, dressers, chest of drawers, etc, where you want them but just as we did not break down the pieces we will not put them together.
- Pick up is One address to delivery at One address.
- Normal or reasonable carry distance
If you do not or can not meet qualifications this would be the typical rate.
